HOW WE HANDLE POLICY

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security

These six practices define how a7sata manages your personal data, secures your account, and keeps you in control of your information at every stage of your relationship with us.

Data Encryption in Transit

Every request between your browser or app and our servers travels over TLS 1.3. That covers login credentials, payment method references via UPI or PhonePe, and any personal detail you submit through forms.

Cookie Consent Controls

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and optional analytics cookies to improve the lobby layout. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie preference panel in your account settings.

Account Security Layers

Your a7sata account is protected by two-factor verification on login and on withdrawal requests. Any new device accessing your account triggers an email confirmation before it is granted a session token.

Data Retention Schedule

We retain transaction records — including Paytm and UPI deposit logs — for the period required by applicable financial regulations in India. Non-essential behavioural data is purged after 12 months of account inactivity.

Right to Access and Erasure

You may request a full export of your personal data or ask for your account to be closed and your data erased. Requests are processed within 14 working days; payment records may be retained longer where the law requires it.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors needed to complete your UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe transactions, and with fraud-prevention services required by our operating obligations. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Your Questions About Our Legal Terms

Below are the questions we receive most often about a7sata's legal terms, privacy practices and account conditions — answered directly and without legal jargon wherever possible.

Your account and these terms are subject to the laws applicable in India where the service is available to you. Access and eligibility depend on local law and apply only where local law permits such use.

Email our privacy team or raise the request via live chat. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and deliver a structured data export — covering account details, transaction logs and session records — within 14 working days.

We do not store full payment credentials. When you pay via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe, a tokenised reference is created for matching future transactions. The underlying account number or VPA is never written to our database.

Yes. Submit an erasure request through our privacy email or live chat. We will close your account and remove non-mandatory personal data. Financial transaction records may be retained for the period required under India financial regulations.

We set strictly necessary cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies to understand lobby usage. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time via the cookie preference panel inside your account settings.

Contact our privacy team directly by email for the fastest response. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction under applicable India law.

Deposit and withdrawal records — including UPI and PhonePe transactions — are retained for the period mandated by applicable financial regulations in India. Behavioural and session data not tied to a transaction is purged after 12 months of inactivity.
